Polio Eradicator Award

The William T. Sergeant Polio Eradicator Award recognizes each club which has an average giving to Polio Plus of at least $50 per member, and will be recognized at the District Conference as being ERADICATOR CLUBS. Those clubs will get a patch for their banner that recognizes their accomplishment.
