2022-2023

                              

 

Membership – Reach 3,000 members by June 30, 2023

  • Establish 2 innovative, cause-based clubs
  • Achieve/maintain 30% female membership

           

Rotary Days of Service – Participate in the District-Wide Initiative

  • Plan event by two or more Rotary, Rotaract, or Interact clubs
  • Align event with one or more of Rotary’s Areas of Focus
  • Promote event using at least one media platform to raise the Rotary Profile
  • Implement the ACTION PLAN

 

Training – Develop Mobile Training Teams to deliver training and ideas to the clubs.

 

Empowering Girls- Ensure access to education, resources, services and opportunities

  • Participate in the Zones 30 & 31 District Initiative to Empower Girls
  • Plan a club level service project for local girls or internationally to Empower Girls
  • Involve the clubs in eliminating harassment and female trafficking per the District initiative.

 

Rotary Foundation Goals

  • Average $100/member in Annual Giving
  • Participate in the Purple Pinkie Doughnut Event – increasing District amount to $75,000.
    • Goal for overall event at $1.5 million.
  • Average $50/member Polio Plus Giving
  • 100% of clubs giving to Annual Fund and Polio Plus
  • 75% of clubs reach STAR status ($100 per capita) and Polio Eradicator status ($50 per capita)

 

Areas of Focus

  • Participate in or organize a new project aligned with the Areas of Focus.

2022-2023 District Governor Citation

 

To Receive the District Governor’s Citation for 2022-2023, a club must achieve 11 of the 17 goals below:  

  • Achieve Star Club recognition status – average $125/member
  • Achieve Globe Club recognition status
    • Participate financially in an International Service project.
    • Participate financially in the Polio Plus program.
    • Have a club program that presents an international project.
    • Have a club program that discusses the Rotary Foundation, Rotary Foundation program(s), or youth exchange.
  • Achieve Polio Eradicator Club Status - $50/member
  • Net Membership increase by 10%
  • Participate in the Dunkin’ Purple Pinkie Day for Polio Eradication
  • Establish partnership(s) to achieve goals and grow members
  • Pay dues on time
  • Participate in the Rotary Days of Service
  • Participate in the Empowering Girls Campaign
  • Support Youth either through Interact, RYLA, Youth Exchange, or some other type of youth project
  • Set goals in Rotary Club Central and keep them updated
  • Raise the Rotary profile in the community
  • Participate in a project for at least one of the Areas of Focus.
  • Examine and Update By-Laws
  • Conduct a Community Assessment and align club with demographics
  • Achieve/maintain 30% female membership
  • Be able to recite the Action Plan:
    • INCREASE our impact
    • EXPAND our reach
    • ENHANCE participant engagement
    • INCREASE our ability to adapt

District Governor’s Citation with Distinction – Meet 5 of 8 criteria

  • Qualify for the Rotary International Citation
  • Have at least one member of your club become a Paul Harris Society Member or a Benefactor
  • Average $250/Club member in Annual Giving – Gold Club Status
  • Average $60/member Polio Plus Giving
  • Net Membership increased by 10%*
  • Participate in Empowering Girls Campaign*
  • Organize a project aligned with at least one of the Areas of Focus
  • Assign a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair*
