2024-2025

 Clubs who earn this award will be recognized at the 2025 Multi-District Conference in Chattanooga.

 Submissions must be received by March 15th, and emailed to District Awards chair.

A club must meet 16 out of 20 Categories:

___ Achieve Star Club recognition status

___ Achieve Globe Club recognition status

___ Achieve Polio Eradicator Club status

___ 20% + Club Membership in The Polio Plus Society

___ Participate in the Dunkin’ Purple Pinkie Day Polio Eradication                                         Fundraiser

___ Participate in the Rotary Days of Service

___ Participate in an Empowering Girls Project

___ Participate in a Vocational Service Project

___ Participate in an average one service project per month throughout the Rotary            Year

___ Participate in a Peace Forum/Peace Project in your local or global community

___ Become a Peace Builder Club or maintain Peace Builder Club Status

___ Support Youth Services through Interact, RYLA, Youth Exchange, or some other            type of youth project

___ Input and Update Club Goals in Rotary Club Central

___ Submit at least one article to the District Newsletter

___Host a club program or participate in a service project related to Mental Health           Awareness

___Host a club program about the Rotary Foundation

___Host a club program about Membership and then host a Membership Event

___Achieve Net Membership Growth of 5%+

___$125%+ in per capita club giving to the Annual Fund of The Rotary Foundation

___$50+ in per capita club giving to the PolioPlus Program
