ERADICATOR Club award

The Polio Eradicator award recognizes each club which has an average giving to Polio Plus of at least $40 per member, and will be recognized at the District Conference as being ERADICATOR CLUBS. Those clubs will get a certificate that recognizes their accomplishment.

Clubs can also be recognized for a Zone level award if every member gives at least $50.00 per member. Clubs who received a Zone award are marked with a *.
