REACH Awards

This patch award is given to clubs that show a net increase in membership of at least 3%.  No submission form is required, but clubs must send in their monthly reports for proper tracking.   Clubs can qualify all the way up to June 30, 2019 but to be recognized at the District Conference, monthly reports from July 2018 thru February 2019 will be used.
